Return Process

  Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at a designated location.

  Receive Refund

  Once the item passes our quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
